CONCIERGE - No extra charge. Our priority is service. Let's have a call, focus, and identify the why's of this specific trip so we can find you the right cruise (ocean, river, expedition), resort, or multi-European city tour, to name a few. Often the concierge service fits well with milestone trips (big birthday, anniversary celebrations, etc) or multigenerational trips, once-in-a-lifetime vacations. We want to find you exactly what you want, what will fit your group the best, and at the best value.

Mary-Kathryn (MK) organized a spectacular experience for our extended family (13 passengers) on a Holland America cruise on the Zaandam to Alaska. We flew in from all over the world, stayed at a hotel in Vancouver across the street from the port for one night, and then boarded the ship in the morning. Everything then went smoothly throughout the cruise and travelling home afterwards. The excursions were tailored for my dad, who had accessibility needs. He passed away before the cruise, and although we missed him terribly, his spirit was us always. It would have been a dream for him. The sights, the air, the food, the music, family time, were all extraordinary. This was a logistically challenging trip for MK to organize, and she did it perfectly. The trip was a deeply memorable experience, and we are already planning our next one! Thank you, MK!
I worked with MK to plan a very special trip to Mexico to celebrate my 50th birthday with my family, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. She organized the entire trip for our group and coordinated every detail seamlessly. The trip itself was incredible. We stayed at Sandos Playacar in Playa del Carmen, enjoyed the beach, the pools, and the outstanding nightly shows, and took part in excursions including snorkeling, zip lining, tequila tasting, and exploring the city. It was the perfect way to celebrate such an important milestone, surrounded by the people I love.
Even after we returned home, MK followed up to make sure we had arrived safely. That kind of care and professionalism is rare. She made what could have been a complicated group trip feel easy and enjoyable, and I am incredibly grateful for her support.
