I can't say enough amazing things about MK and the level of expertise, attention to detail, and ongoing communication she has provided for our upcoming trip Mediterranean cruise and short stay in Barcelona (pre & post sailing). From the very beginning, MK has been thoughtful and considerate in helping us identify and choose what type of vacation we wanted working within our time frame and budget. She provided a variety of options that suited our wants and needs and was patient in allowing us to decide what worked best for us. Her level of knowledge about cruise lines, locales, and hotel experiences is superb.

She has also been amazing advocate for my partner in regards to his medical needs for our trip. This is not a small thing as many airlines, cruises, and hotels overlook the need for accommodations. Knowing MK was in our corner offered a peace of mind I have yet to experience when planning a trip.

A digital trip planner was also created and shared with me to help keep travel details all in one place and see a clear day by itinerary. She was even able to add in some day trips and tours we booked ourselves to help keep us thoroughly organized. A thoughtfully curated pre-cruise package was also just received from her with a variety of small items that will help our trip be a little more comfortable and an ensured success.

There is only one way to describe MK with BucketLux Travel, AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL! If you are looking for someone who goes above and beyond to keep her clients happy and satisfied, MK is your gal. She has been super helpful with booking our cruise out of Miami. If I asked a question that she didn't know, she told me she would call to find out the exact answer and get right back to me.
